DMS has successfully completed the steel design, fabrication, and installation of 500 tons of structural steelwork. The scope of the project involved the installation of steelwork across two existing building cores, as well as new fifth floor and roof levels.

Our team was able to overcome the challenge of fitting steels within an existing structure, including the installation of specialist sub arc welded hollow sections, each weighing over two tonnes.

The new fifth floor and roof, comprising over 200 tons of steelwork, features intricate cranked geometry and hundreds of service holes.
